| What I found really useful about this pillow is the strap. Anyone with a L-Spine problem knows that getting up after sitting a while is the worst of all movements. With the strap you can wear the thing like a geisha roll around the house and get up and down at will and not have to adjust it much as you re-seat yourself. The strap also works well to keep it in place on office desk chairs, etc. |

| This pillow is sufficiently dense not to go flat with repeated use. It provides great support, and the elastic strap makes it easy to affix to my chair at work. I've ordered an extra one so I don't have to carry it back and forth from my car to my office. I've had different lumbar pillows before, and none was as comfortable or supportive as this one. |

| It is fine. I guess not too short nor too long describes it. It is a little hard. |
